THE CHALLENGE

In the spring of 2023, IATSE Canada & the Canadian Animation Guild wanted to connect with animation workers to promote unions in their workplaces.

THE STRATEGY

We created a fun piece that spoke to the animation workers' love of cartoons and explained the benefits of unionization. This video has now been used in multiple campaigns, with an ~98%!
