THE CHALLENGE

When the Co-operative Housing Federation of BC began developing its co-operative education program, they wanted training and educational modules that felt fresh and engaging. They wanted the flexibility of showcasing multiple scenarios without representing a specific housing co-op.

THE STRATEGY

Illustration is the most flexible option for diverse representation of environments, people, and situations. We developed an illustration system with characters, props, and scenes for the BC Housing Federation's co-operative education program.

When developing the main characters for this project, we wanted to showcase people who represented the diverse population of BC co-operative housing communities and their everyday lives.
