THE CHALLENGE

The workforce at BC Housing is diverse in it make-up of skills and roles. Workers collaborate across multiple departments and disciplines. BC Housing's Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging wanted to highlight its teams' diverse talents and the many possibilities of them coming together.

THE STRATEGY

We produced a series of internal communications videos for BC Housing's Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. From script development to the final cut and audio, this project highlighted the importance of cross-department collaboration at BCH.
